Beautiful older campground right on the Mississippi River. Nice play ground in the center for the kids. Nice deck next to the river. We would definitely go back next time we are in the area.

Would recommend to anyone who likes a nice campground with good neighbors. Clean and neat, well maintained regulars and next to a trailer park. Stayed in mid September '15 for a week, plan to be back in August of '16. Most of the sites are tree'd and nicely shaded. Didn't get a riverside site but you could see it from here. 35' Motorhome & Cycle trailer had a back in w/plenty of room.

It's a hidden jewel If you are looking for a piece of heaven without driving far River Terrace Park is it! Peaceful , all campers were respectful and quite after dark . The owners are real stand up Americans. Worth every penny!

Stayed here for 3 months and really enjoyed it! The park is very clean, quiet, and well cared for. The owner is very nice. My only complaint is that several of my mail items came up missing. Next time i’ll just get my own PO box :)

The park is amazingly clean, even the restrooms! The caretakers do a fantastic job at keeping the place convenient, clean, inviting and it's extremely affordable. Just about every spot is covered with shade trees. Highly recommend this for your next camping excursion, it feels like it's out of the way but close to the convienieces of town!

Nice mississippi riverside campsites. I was a little hesitant at first given you have to go through a trailer park, as soon as I entered the park you could tell mostly long term owners that take pride in their property. Do not pass this place up, it was real quiet and the owner Gary was the nicest property owner I've met. He doesn't take debit/credit cards and he had no problem letting me set up at the site and said I could pay him later. I stayed here while visiting nearby family and will be back.

We had two very restful nights here right along the river. The camp management was very accommodating and friendly. It is well maintained and easy to get into. Many campers are here long term and the environment felt safe and welcoming. I love the patriot feel of this camp that is nestled at the back of a trailer park. It was cold and wet when we stayed but would be beautiful in good weather. Highly recommend it for the serious traveler.

Awesome experience. Stayed for a month while working in the area. Owner is very present. His employees are very personable. Clean and well kept grounds. Watching people fish in November in the river was fun due to the amount of fish everyone was catching. Nice place on the edge of a neat town. Highly Recommend going here.
